Rotterdam RET 631 single-articulated tram
This is the youngest of the trams that runs at the Open Air Museum. It was built in 1968 and was operated by the Rotterdam Electric Tram (RET) transport company until 1995.
When the tram was repainted in 1999 it was given the RET’s modern white, green and black livery.
Compared with other trams at the Open Air Museum, the RET 631 is able to carry a large number of passengers. It is therefore mainly used during busy periods. This Rotterdam tram was transferred to the Open Air Museum by the RET.
