By public transport
You can get to the Dutch Open Air Museum by bus from Arnhem Central Station.
- City bus 3, destination Burgers’ Zoo/Openluchtmuseum. Alight at the bus stop Openluchtmuseum.
- City bus 8, destination Velp Ziekenhuis. Alight at the bus stop Openluchtmuseum.
By car
The Dutch Open Air Museum is located in Arnhem North, close to the A12/Waterberg interchange (junction 26 from A12/E35/Utrecht/Oberhausen and junction 20/Arnhem Centrum from A50/Apeldoorn).
Follow the signs for Arnhem-Noord (Openluchtmuseum/Burgers’ Zoo) from all the surrounding roads and motorways.
Parking
- The Dutch Open Air Museum has its own car park with space for over 750 cars and 13 coaches. On very busy days the car park may be full. If that is the case, please follow the instructions of our parking attendants.
- There are 14 spaces reserved for disabled visitors.
- Do you have an electric car? You can charge your vehicle at a charging point in the car park.
- Exit tickets can be purchased from the museum ticket office.
