Worldwide Spin in Public Day
19 september 2026
How do you actually turn wool into yarn? Find out during Worldwide Spin in Public Day on Saturday 19 September at the museum at Los Huus (location number 1.1).
On this international day, experienced spinners will be bringing their historic and modern spinning wheels and other textile tools to the museum. Watch up close as they spin wool into yarn, admire their craftsmanship and feel free to ask any questions you may have about this centuries-old craft.
