Aromas and colour in the herb garden

As many as 700(!) different plant varieties are grown in the Open Air Museum’s herb garden. The garden was created in 1927 and is made up of five different sections: the medicinal herb garden, the monastery garden, the culinary herb garden and gardens in which plants used for dyeing and magical plants are cultivated.
