Question: When can I buy tickets for?
Answer: You can currently buy tickets for the summer season running from 1 April until 31 October 2010. 
 
Question: Can I buy an unlimited number of tickets?
Answer: You can buy a maximum of 19 tickets. (A party of 20 persons or more is considered to be a group and is entitled to a group discount.)
 
Question: Can I exchange tickets that I have bought online at a later date?
Answer: No, unfortunately tickets cannot be exchanged or returned.
 
Question: Are special arrangements available for groups?
Answer: Yes, please see our website for further information or call +31 (0)26-3576123.
 
Question: Will I pay a surcharge/booking fee for tickets bought online?
Answer: No, you pay the same price for tickets bought online as you would at the ticket office.
 
Question: I have got a discount voucher. Can I also use this when buying tickets online?
Answer: No, discount vouchers can only be accepted when you buy a ticket at the Open Air Museum ticket office.
 
Question: Where can I get help if I have any questions or in the event of a complaint?

Question: Can I use the tickets for another period once they have expired?
Answer: No, tickets cannot be exchanged for cash or admission tickets for another period.
 
Question: I don’t have a printer. How can I print out my tickets?
Answer: Once you have completed all the steps you will receive confirmation by e-mail. It is possible to print this out at a later date on someone else's computer or at another location.
 
Question: Can I buy tickets online even though I haven’t got a credit card?
Answer: Unfortunately, at the moment it is only possible to pay using a credit card.
 
Question: I have lost my tickets. How can I gain access to the museum?
Answer: You can print out the tickets again from the confirmation e-mail. If you no longer have the confirmation e-mail, please contact our information desk on +31 (0)26-3576100.
