Printing and admission

Printing and admission procedure

Once your order has been completed, your tickets will appear on your screen for printing. In addition, you will also be sent a web address by e-mail from where you can print your tickets, either immediately or at a later point in time. This option can be particularly useful if you happen to lose your tickets or if you wish to print them at another location.

The Open Air Museum’s admission policy is that each person must have their own admission ticket (due to safety requirements). You must, therefore, print out all the tickets that you have ordered.

Each admission ticket is bar-coded. Our equipment must be able to read this code. Please print the tickets as legibly as possible (they do not have to be in colour) and look after them carefully (avoid creasing them). Please check to make sure that the white spaces between the bars of your barcode are distinct. If this is not the case, please print out the tickets again.

Should our equipment be unable to read the barcode, we will need to check your details manually to ensure the validity of your tickets. This is carried out at the information desk.
