Shoeing-shedA shoeing-shed was common sight at a blacksmith or an ordinary forge where horses were shod. They could either be located in the blacksmith’s shop or outside, with or without a small roof. This shed was bought in 1923, rebuilt in the museum in 1925, and transferred to its present location on the museum terrain in 1991. There is room for two horses. Back to overview of buildings |
